EXTENDED REPORTING PERIOD:
For those entities that are currently purchasing coverage on a claims-made basis, the policy form will provide an Extended Reporting Period for as long as an entity remains in the Program up to three years at an additional cost.
CLAIMS HANDLING:
Deductible loss adjustment will be provided by Carl Warren & Company.
